It won’t accept my email and password and I know what they are and it won’t accept them
Answer your phone instead of people that are my age 75 years and older dont have much technology on all of this emails and all of that I like speaking to a person technologies for the younger crowd, not us older folks

My Tactacam Ultra will not send pictures, and everything is working right except for it sending pictures to my app. I just bought this camera a month ago.

4 cameras not working. Don't know if you are having trouble with the card on file or not. We were compromised and had to get a new card.

Nobody answered the phone. Such a pain in the *** to talk to a human.
Finally gave up!
All I want is to talk to someone about a camera, and it takes half a day listening to a recording. Wouldn't recommend this camera to anyone just for the fact of their customer service.

I just wish I could have been told today when speaking to a Rep. what my credit would be, but the lady said, you will hear from the Billing Dept.

I made a mistake when registering my camera (account issue). I contacted their customer service team, and the issue was resolved in less than 30 seconds! Tactacam is customer 1st!

Need a firmware update
The camera has just stopped working nothing has fixed it. The camera is up to date batteries are new and SD card is good Im unsure why it just randomly stopped working.

Camera won’t send pic to phone
I feel you guys took my money and you sent me to a guy that has no clue even what kind of camera I have or how it even works so here I am still with a camera that I spent a lot of money on and cant use it or do nothing with it not to mention I have three other ones that are probably the same way once I go retrieve them from the field And you cant talk to a person over the phone

Cameras work great customer service sucks
Half of them can't even read and the one that could only got upset with me because they didn't understand english.

Reveal X3.0 set up difficulties
We had trouble setting up a Reveal camera. The online manual is essentially worthless.
Amber in customer service got us up and running. She should write the manual. Her instructions were very clear.
We did have to wait about 45 minutes for her to answer. It would be helpful to have a message of callback options or what number we were in line.

Camera problems
The company could answer their phone. My camera is sending pictures to my phone, but I can't open them. They are Gray with a logo of a mountain and a moon in the middle.
Upcoming trip
Going to Africa want to know if I can leave my cameras on without a charge or should I shut them off
